Sherry Harris is a Brand Strategist, Activator, the President of Sherry Harris Partners where she helps business owners, senior management, and CEOs make new visions and ideas stick with people strategies and internal brand messages that drive brand experience, profit, and enhanced equity. Sherry started her career in HR and was formerly the Chief Strategy Officer at The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas Resort and the Executive Vice President of Human Resources and Brand at Morgans Hotel Group. She has also had long term assignments with blue-chip brands such as Hilton. Sherry has an education from Drew University and the University of Copenhagen.
Sherry joins me today to discuss creating cultures of excellence by building an internal vocabulary. She shares why it is essential to determine the story you want to tell and why branding and people strategies should begin on the inside and work out. She offers tips for creating a company culture from scratch and how to transform existing cultures. Sherry also shares how a new leadership era is emerging and how workplaces are being reimagined in response to COVID and remote working.
