Steven Titus Smith is the Co-Founder of Gravity and the co-author of Egonomics: What Makes Ego Our Greatest Asset (or Most Expensive Liability). His ten-year research project on innovation and culture forms the basis for his upcoming book I Am Gravity. His past work has been published in 24 languages in more than 50 countries. Steven has been featured on CBS MarketWatch, BusinessWeek, Dallas Morning News, Portfolio, and News and World Report. His work has helped hundreds of thousands of people worldwide, including clients like Microsoft, American Express, Disney, Cox Communications, and State Farm. Steven holds a B.S. and B.A. in Psychology and Management from the University of Utah.
